First off, after simmering a bit and realizing that I am still needed on sketchaday (https://www.deviantart.com/sketchaday), I'm amending my previous journal to state that I probably overreacted, and I'm not leaving any groups, ect. I'm still avoiding the chats, however. It's for my own peace of mind, pretty much. I've been on dA for over 7 years now, and believe me, this is not the first time I've gotten annoyed with certain parties. I'll get over it. ^^;

I'm not going to list a bunch of whiny, cryptic excuses on why I am frustrated with this site. I'm 25 years old, and this means I'm older than most if not all of you. I can and will act my age (sometimes).
Instead, I will simply say that there are a number of people who call this site their cyber home who have the moral integrity of a jagged fucking rock, and I'm tired of turning a cold shoulder to the blatant disrespect and sheer ignorance that seems to be continually spouted by various sources on a daily basis.
I'm also tired of people making mountains out of molehills. Grow the hell up, or GTFO and stay there until you do.

Okay, so most have grasped that it was a joke. And I am very, very pleased about this. Because when people find jokes hilarious (even if they do start out as private ones), it means that people are smiling, and laughing, and having a good time. It's great to see people smiling again. Lately, it seems like a great number of my friends (that's you, silly) have been having problems doing so. Because, well, times are rough, and the holidays aren't always cheerful.
As I approach the end of the year, I've been having a great tendency to reflect on the good and bad experiences (of this year only) that have brought me through to November. It hasn't
